Rhodes Ranch golf club Las Vegas new homes community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley offers residents use of the R-Club, a 35,000-square-foot sports recreation and fitness facility.

“The residents of Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas seem to really enjoy the benefit of having this great fitness center just blocks from their Rhodes Ranch real estate Las Vegas homes,” program manager Virginia Kaplan said.

Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas real estate recreation facility includes cardiovascular equipment, weight machines and exercise classes.

“The variety of classes complements the fitness room and gives the Rhodes Ranch residents the opportunity to have some of the same types of fitness classes being offered at many of the health clubs around town,” Kaplan said.

The R-Club center also has a two racquetball/handball courts, full-length basketball court, six pool tables and social areas with seating and fireplaces. An outdoor water park, tennis courts, and parks are planned for Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas real estate.

Providence, Las Vegas master-planned community in Southern Nevada by Focus Property Group opened last week. The community, in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley is 1,200 acres built around an “American Spirit” theme.

Providence is a master planned Las Vegas community built on the notion that some things are just too good to leave in the past. With a dramatic mountain backdrop to the west and spectacular city lights to the east, Providence boasts a setting unmatched by any other master planned community. Seventeen top homebuilders will build the 7,500 Las Vegas homes in Providence’s 30 neighborhoods. Las Vegas condominiums to estate homes will be offered.

Providence is located at Interstate 215 and Hualapai Way. It is really the first large-scale master-planned community in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.

Providence will have 7,500 single-family and multifamily houses when complete (less than 5 percent is attached), said John Ritter, chief executive of Focus Property Group. Families are expected to begin moving in by Spring 2007, Ritter said.

Tuscany Las Vegas real estate by Rhodes Homes, a Nevada golf course community, showcases a real Italian theme.

Design elements at Tuscany homes in Henderson include a cobblestone roadway, landscaping accented by palm trees and wrought-iron lamp posts. These features are complemented by landmarks such as an bell tower, clock tower and an obelisk.

“We wanted an entry feature that would complement the design of the Italian themed community while making a statement at the same time. The Mediterranean and Tuscan feel of the landscape design, the cobblestone road and large, hand-crafted urns draws people into the Old World charm of Tuscany,” said Glynda Rhodes, vice president of interior and architectural design for Rhodes Homes. “The architectural and design teams worked very hard on the details to create this Tuscan-themed village.”

The Nevada golf course community, guard-gated real estate development, sits on 518 acres and is located in Henderson, Nevada real estate.
