Apex Industrial Park In Las Vegas Real Estate Sells For $69 Million

Apex Industrial ParkApex Industrial Park in north Las Vegas real estate was purchased by Kapex LLC for $69 million. This piece of Las Vegas land was a 3,250 acre tract or $21,230-per-acre, from Kerr-McGee Corp. Kapex, whose partners include Jerry Snyder, Dave Carver, Adam Titus and Ken Templeton, with Las Vegas commercial development plans to spend another $31 million developing Apex Park.

“The Apex industrial park has long been viewed as an ideal industrial site, but the lack of utilities has delayed the real estate development,” said Titus. “The first phase of our project will include 400 acres of land in Las Vegas that is currently served by utilities.”

Apex property is located along the westside of Interstate-15 from the Las Vegas Speedway to the U.S. 93/I-15 intersection. It consists of two parcels of M-2 zoned heavy industrial land with a well, paved service road, water storage tank and a septic system. (more…)

Echelon Las Vegas At Centennial Hills Continues Construction

Echelon Las VegasEchelon Las Vegas at Centennial Hills mid-rise condominium project continues construction at Deer Springs Way and Durango Drive. The $200 million Echelon Las Vegas condo real estate project will have six buildings with 372 Las Vegas homes.

Towne Vistas, a Nevada limited liability company, is the residential community on 15 acres at Durango Drive and Deer Springs Way.

The $200 million project will have six buildings with 372 homes centered around courtyards, priced from the high $300,000s to more than $1.5 million. Echelon home floor plans range from 1,064 square feet to 4,164 square feet. About one-fourth of the Echelon homes for sale in Las Vegas have been sold.

Paxton Walk Las Vegas Include Condos, Townhomes and Retail

Paxton Walk Las Vegas Construction NewsPaxton Walk Las Vegas, $200 million Las Vegas real estate project, is composed of nearly 2 million square feet of space designed in classic English-style architecture. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter.

Blue Marble Development, a California real estate firm, plans to build a mixed-use community of 782 Las Vegas condominium and 65 townhome units, stores and restaurants on 31 acres in the Centennial Hills area of northwest Las Vegas.

Paxton Square town center
will have 96,000 square feet of restaurants, storefronts and offices with residential space above them.

Vegas 888 Las VegasVegas 888 Las Vegas high rise condos developer Florida-based Del American, developer of Vegas Grand Las Vegas luxury condos on Swenson Street at Flamingo Road, has changed its business plan for the 8.6-acre site next to the Palms Las Vegas that was originally planned for Vegas 888 Las Vegas real estate. The developer now plans to build a mixed-use Las Vegas luxury resort hotel-casino.

Vegas Grand Las VegasVegas Grand Las Vegas condos 212-unit first phase, named Vegas Grand Bella Venezia I, has begun vertical construction by general contractor Summit Builders. Vegas Grand Las Vegas Bella Venezia II, which includes 213 mid-rise residences and a 12-story, 129-unit Las Vegas condo mid-rise tower, will begin construction soon.
