This real estate in Las Vegas project is a joint venture between Centra Properties and Turnberry Associates. Construction has been started and continues until mid 2007 for completion.

Town Square on Las Vegas Boulevard is located at the I-15 and the 215 Beltway. The leasing agent for the commercial Las Vegas property says that negotiations are currently underway for about half of the remaining 200,000 square feet of available commercial retail space.
