Town Square Las Vegas shopping center is now open on the Las Vegas Strip at the junction of I-15 and the 215 Beltway. This large retail real estate development, including 22 buildings and 1.5 million square feet, is a partnership between Turnberry Associates and Centra Properties.

This is a unique family friendly open air retail center on 117 acres of land with varying materials including hand painted plaster, stone and marble. The developers have included different cities’ architecture to include 70 fascades. A large children’s park is located in the center of the pedestrian friendly shopping mall in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate.

The M Resort Las Vegas Casino and Spa master plan has been unveiled. The proposed $1 billion Las Vegas NV hotel real estate project includes 390 suites and rooms in a 11 story resort. Update 5/21/08, M Resort shopping mall with 1 million square feet announced.
The commercial real estate project has an expected completion date of spring 2009. It is located 10 miles south on the Strip and St. Rose Parkway and encompasses 80 acres of land.
