Trump Towers Las Vegas high rise luxury condos had a topping off ceremony and media event last Friday and Donald Trump placed a tree atop the 65th story roof of Trump International Hotel & Tower 1, expected to open next year. The second tower at Trump Las Vegas with 1,282 condominiums was announced on “The Apprentice” and is scheduled to open in 2010.

The New Frontier hotel was sold for $1.2 billion by Phil ruffin to El Ad real estate investment group last week. Donald Trump, Phil Ruffin and Jack Wishna, are all co owners of the seven acres of land behind the casino.

Trump Tower Las Vegas hotel will air tonight on Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice.” The apprentices were given a real estate task centered around the Trump International Hotel and Tower Las Vegas high rise development on the famed Strip.

This Las Vegas high rise condo development will top off this month and include 64 storys with an expected completion in 2008.

The film crew, more than two dozen, for “The Apprentice” spent an entire day onsite at the current construction location of Trump Tower real estate in Las Vegas.

“The Apprentice” 2004 season had an announcement of the first Las Vegas high rise condominium opening for reservations. The Apprentice 2004 winner Kelly Perdew chose to work at the Las Vegas real estate property.

The hit NBC ‘reality television’ show pits business hopefuls against another to win a job within The Trump Organization. The Donald, as master entrepreneur, eliminates a candidate a week. The final “The Apprentice” episode, the winner lands a year long assignment and accompanying six-figure salary as The Donald’s “apprentice.”

The show’s sixth season will debut in January, focusing exclusively on Las Vegas, according to a source close to the show. Candidates will be asked to develop a real estate marketing plan for Trump Tower Las Vegas condo-hotel luxury hi-rise. The season is reportedly finished taping, and the outcome will remain a mystery.
