Allure Las Vegas luxury hi rise condo purchased by NBA referee Rodney Mott. As more and more NBA players discover the variety of fine restaurants and endless supply of exciting Las Vegas night clubs and as the first ever non-NBA host city for the All-Star Game, the NBA’s attraction to Las Vegas is undeniable and just keeps growing. That comes as no surprise to ten-year NBA referee Rodney Mott. He has known it for quite some time. He has called Las Vegas home for more than seven.
“This truly is a city like no other,” said Mott. “With all the travel I do, there’s no better place to come home to. I’m really looking forward to coming home to my new place at Allure.”
Mott purchased a two bedroom, two baths plus a den Allure condo Las Vegas floor plan that has several unique features including three balconies which offer a variety of amazing views.
“His residence is really spectacular,” said Raquel Radlein, director of sales for Allure Las Vegas. “It is a wraparound corner residence with expansive floor to ceiling windows, and amazing 160 degree views of the Las Vegas Strip, mountains, and downtown. It is truly one of my favorite units.”
In addition to the floor plan, Mott was attracted to many of the features that Allure had to offer including location, value and access. No stranger to the Las Vegas real estate market, Mott did his homework before buying at Allure luxury condos.
McCarran Marketplace Las Vegas shopping center, will now debut by year’s end. The 80-acre site bound by Eastern Avenue and Russell Road, Patrick Lane and Surrey Street, is located on county-owned Las Vegas land, adjacent to the McCarran airport. Marnell Properties has a 50-year ground lease to develop the site.
