Questions about the future of the Las Vegas PGA Tour event, currently the only major professional golf tour stop in Southern Nevada, have dogged the PGA tour tournament for almost all of this millennium.
The PGA golf event has gone through sponsors at a near-record pace, and speculation that it would leave Las Vegas has never been far from the surface.

The Frys.com Open, PGA golf tour, scheduled for Oct. 12 to 15 at Las Vegas golf course TPC Summerlin Las Vegas and Las Vegas golf course TPC at the Canyons Las Vegas, will be part of the PGA Tour’s “Fall Finish” next year.
