Tuscan Cliffs at Southern Highlands Las Vegas real estate semi-custom homes by Pacific Southwest Development in Southern Las Vegas unveils its New Millennium home models in a guard-gated neighborhood.

Tuscan-style Las Vegas homes in a 155-lot subdivision features a private park. Each of the custom Las Vegas home sites measures at least one-quarter of an acre. Tuscan Cliffs Southern Highlands mountainside lots are available at a premium in future phase releases. Tuscan Cliffs homes are currently on its second phase.

The New Millennium homes allow Las Vegas luxury real estate homeowners to combine the use of their interior spaces and courtyards. Such features include outdoor summer kitchens, rear patios, exterior glass pocket doors, courtyards with fireplaces and balconies overlooking interior courtyards and rear yards.

Four two-story home floor plans are available, with optional upstairs and downstairs courtyard casitas. In their base configurations, plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various New Millennium real estate design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.

Sun City Mesquite welcomes Del Webb Anthem by Pulte Homes for sale in Mesquite, Nevada, as plans continue for more than 3,400 new homes for sale in the age-qualified Sun City Mesquite, its first community within the growing real estate of Anthem Mesquite master plan. The active community is located west of Falcon Ridge Parkway.

“We’re making very exciting progress in Mesquite,” said Nick Parks, director of marketing for Pulte.

NASCAR Jeremy Mayfield will return to NASCAR competition for the first time since being fired last month by Nextel Cup team owner Ray Evernham.

Smith’s Las Vegas 350-kilometer NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race Sept. 23 will see Mayfield, who lost his Evernham Motorsports Nextel Cup ride, compete on the newly upgraded 1.5 mile Las Vegas Motor Speedway real estate.

Jeremy Mayfield will be driving No. 15 Chevrolet truck in the Las Vegas NASCAR race, confirmed by Billy Balley, which Balley’s team had won previously with Shane Hmiel.

Balley said he also plans for Mayfield to drive the truck at a race in Atlanta, Phoenix and the Miami finale. Las Vegas native NASCAR Kyle Busch will drive the truck Saturday in Loudon, N.H., trying to win his second race in four starts with the team this year.
