Stephanie Village In Henderson Nevada Real Estate Starts Construction

17th And VineStephanie Village condos, a mixed use Green Valley, Henderson real estate project formerly known as 17th and Vine Las Vegas mixed use has started construction. Stephanie Village Las Vegas is a $200 million project.

Stephanie Village Henderson condos is 22.5 acres, with 466 units, 58,000 square feet of retail, two restaurants, and 15,000 square feet of office space. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, an outdoor amphitheater, four swimming pools and underground parking.
