UFC 78 Validation Bisping vs Evans will be held at Newark’s Prudential Center on November 17, 2007. These two shining stars are alumni of The Ultimate Fighter, season three winner Michael “The Count” Bisping 15-0 battles season two winner “Sugar” Rashad Evans 15-1 and will meet in the Octagon to find the winner of the light heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

UFC 78 pay per view event starts at 10pm ET / 7pm PT with four intense bouts including a few rising stars and veteran contenders.

Two very aggressive strikers in mixed martial arts for the light heavyweight contest will include Houston “The Assassin” Alexander 8-1 against Thiago Silva 11-0. The M Resort Las Vegas Casino and Spa master plan has been unveiled. The proposed $1 billion Las Vegas NV hotel real estate project includes 390 suites and rooms in a 11 story resort. Update 5/21/08, M Resort shopping mall with 1 million square feet announced.
The commercial real estate project has an expected completion date of spring 2009. It is located 10 miles south on the Strip and St. Rose Parkway and encompasses 80 acres of land. MGM Grand Macau will open Dec 18 on the Macau peninsula, a 50 50 commercial joint venture, between Hong Kong businesswoman Pansy Ho and MGM Mirage. This will be the third opening, in Macau real estate, of a new luxury hotel casino in 2007.

Pansy Ho is the daughter of Stanley Ho, a Hong Kong billionaire who has been the driving force of Macau’s casino business for 40 years. Expanded gaming commerce has since been opened up by the government of the Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Macau was a colony of Portugal for more than 400 years before being turned over to China in 1999.
