Cambria homes in North Las Vegas in final sellout for homes priced from the $200,000s. The new homes for sale are by Lennar and eight homes are remaining with holiday occupancy available. Cambria is one of eight neighborhoods by the home builder.

There are both one and two story homes for sale between four different architectural designs. The average lot size is 6,000 square feet that offer pool sized lots. There are up to three car garages included in the 2,129 to 3,402 square foot designs, too.
