Las Vegas real estate market update and home sales figures show existing single family and new Las Vegas home sales for the first time in 2.5 years, rose from the same month year to date. The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS or GLVAR reported sales of townhomes, condos and homes for sale in Las Vegas, NV real estate for April 2008, fourth consecutive monthly increase.

Total real estate in Las Vegas transactions in the multiple listing service for April totalled more than $510 million in sales, or a 13.1 percent increase.
