Paxton Walk Las Vegas, a mixed-use 31-acre real estate development of 782 townhomes, Las Vegas condominiums, storefronts and restaurants is planned for the corner of Centennial Parkway and Tenaya Way in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley’s area of Centennial Hills real estate.
The Paxton Walk community in Las Vegas will contribute to making Centennial Hills a sought after area of Las Vegas as mixed-use development continues to increase in popularity among local residents, according to the real estate developer, Blue Marble Development.
Paxton Walk homes in Las Vegas will be able to enjoy many convenient shopping, dining and recreational activities on-site including Paxton Square Las Vegas.
Paxton Walk is scheduled for construction later this year, the project will comprise more than 6 acres of open space including three pools, 11 courtyards, meditation gardens and fountains, two clubhouses, and two fitness centers with massage and facial rooms. The 9,000-square-foot clubhouse in Paxton Walk will feature a billiards room, theater and a cabana room.
The Paxton Townhomes in Las Vegas will comprise 65 homes available in two floor plans. Home square footages will be 1,678 and 1,698. The new homes for sale in Las Vegas will offer two bedrooms plus a loft or three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a side or front courtyard and a two-car garage.
