Trump Towers Las Vegas high rise luxury condos had a topping off ceremony and media event last Friday and Donald Trump placed a tree atop the 65th story roof of Trump International Hotel & Tower 1, expected to open next year. The second tower at Trump Las Vegas with 1,282 condominiums was announced on “The Apprentice” and is scheduled to open in 2010.

The New Frontier hotel was sold for $1.2 billion by Phil ruffin to El Ad real estate investment group last week. Donald Trump, Phil Ruffin and Jack Wishna, are all co owners of the seven acres of land behind the casino.

City Crossing Las Vegas mixed use real estate project in the valley is a $2 billion development located south of the Strip, near the planned M Resort and Henderson Executive Airport. The Plise Cos. Is developing the 126 acre include 1.5 million sf of class A office 600,000 square feet of retail, and 2,500 Las Vegas homes built around 17 acres of trails, public spaces and parks.

The 30-acre first phase, $500-million, scheduled to open in fall 2009, will include 160-room boutique hotel, 180 residential units, all of the office and 100,000 square foot of retail. Mortgage lenders from eight different companies are providing the construction financing. The entire Henderson real estate development expected completion by 2014.

Boca Raton Las Vegas condos is close to the first phase completion of the $400 million luxury mid rise real estate at Serene Ave and Las Vegas Boulevard.

Excited luxury condo owners will expect to move in by June 2007. The first phase of real estate construction consists of 378 units in two buildings, concierge service, 10,000 square foot clubhouse, meeting space, fitness center and a private screening room.

Stephanie Village condos, a mixed use Green Valley, Henderson real estate project formerly known as 17th and Vine Las Vegas mixed use has started construction. Stephanie Village Las Vegas is a $200 million project.

Stephanie Village Henderson condos is 22.5 acres, with 466 units, 58,000 square feet of retail, two restaurants, and 15,000 square feet of office space. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, an outdoor amphitheater, four swimming pools and underground parking.
