One Queensridge Place Real Estate Pool Lift And Construction Progress

One Queensridge PlaceOne Queensridge Place real estate was the site of a pool lift on Feb. 16, 2007, as three tiled Las Vegas swimming pools were lifted into place on top of the Summerlin high-rise condos, which overlooks Boca Park Summerlin and The Village at Queensridge. The prefabricated swimming pools were raised to penthouse level at Queensridge Place’s penthouse as one of the Las Vegas luxury home’s crowning touches.

These 5,000 pounds swimming pools were lifted 18 stories high into the air. The pools were built with benches to view the incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip and mountains. The pool orientation was crucial in order for perfect placement. Several upgrades were also placed in the swimming pools including stylish vanishing edge and deep relaxation spa-therapy jets.

Maxim Las Vegas Condos Near Sky Las Vegas Condos Receive Use Permits

Sky Real EstateMaxim Las Vegas on Wednesday was approved use permits for the proposed men’s magazine resort Las Vegas Nevada real estate project despite concerns of neighboring Sky Las Vegas high rise condo. The high rise condominium is planned for Las Vegas Boulevard and Circus Circus Drive.

Maxim condos is being developed by Concord Wilshire Development of Los Angeles, CA. They were looking for approval on a high density real estate project of the lifestyle magazine, and were granted use permits.

The future design review by the city council will include more details about the proposed project, such as tower entrances, height, and parking availability.

The mixed-used real estate project planned for the 7.7-acre site near Circus Circus hotel and theme park would include a three-tower Las Vegas resort with 1,860 luxury condos and 300 rooms. It will also have a casino, restaurants and shops.

Vice president of design and engineer at Concord Wilshire was satisfied with the use permits from the county. Maxim expects to break ground in 2008, with completion of the of the resort in 2010.

Loft 5 Las Vegas Condos For Sale On The Strip Construction Progress

Loft 5 Las VegasLoft 5 Las Vegas condos construction progress for building one of its first phase 136 units is expected completion in late February, almost two years after the condo project broke ground. Loft 5 Las Vegas is a $30 million South Strip real estate project.

These luxury Las Vegas lofts use engineered lumber and a three coat stucco system to the exterior of the buildings to give them straight lines.

Loft 5 real estate developers are using two independent walls, separated by an inch of air, making the lofts quiet. This is the extra effort Loft 5 developers go for a better product.

Vanguard Construction is the general contractor for this 10 acre site in Las Vegas, Nevada. There is usually 250 to 350 workers onsite daily.

The buildings at this mid rise condo project are all lathed in phase one with stucco applied on two buildings, sheet rock and interior insulation is being installed in buildings two and three and decks and windows are being placed in building four.
