Tierra Este Las Vegas new single story homes for sale are developed by William Lyon Homes in North Las Vegas real estate.

The same floor plans from La Tierra neighborhood are offered at Tierra Este. William Lyon has refined the plans according to popular demand and have made them very comfortable. These should be a big success in the new North Las Vegas community.

The community has 22 home sites on a cul de sac with four different single story plans. The homes have between 1,718 to 2,419 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and up to three bathrooms.

Inspirada master plan in Henderson real estate offers New York City Style homes for sale. Inspirada Las Vegas is a 2,000 acre master plan in the southern valley. Both Mansion Homes and City Homes are offered.

Mansion Homes are grouped in four residences under one roof which looks like a single family home. Individual houses range from 1,400 to 1,700 square feet and patios, shared private motor court, private balconies and a hidden two car garage.
