The M Resort Las Vegas Casino and Spa master plan has been unveiled. The proposed $1 billion Las Vegas NV hotel real estate project includes 390 suites and rooms in a 11 story resort. Update 5/21/08, M Resort shopping mall with 1 million square feet announced.
The commercial real estate project has an expected completion date of spring 2009. It is located 10 miles south on the Strip and St. Rose Parkway and encompasses 80 acres of land. Opera Under The Stars at MonteLago Village in Lake Las Vegas Resort takes place on the Floating State September 22, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

This free concert at such a beautiful location in Henderson, Nevada real estate is the fourth performance for “Opera Under the Stars.” The Nevada Opera Theatre chorus, orchestra and soloists will be performing.

MonteLago Village At Lake Las Vegas real estate has been sold for $23 million to a Roseville, California investment firm.

The retail village in MonteLago Village is part of the $500 million real estate development from Intrawest Corp. The project in Henderson, NV includes Luna di Lusso and Viera condos, Ritz Carlton Lake Las Vegas and Casino MonteLago.

Built in 2003, the retail shops had a slow start because of the few Las Vegas luxury homes and one hotel. There is about a 30 mile trip to indulge in the upscale shopping and dining experience.

Milam Tower Las Vegas high rise condos Friday made a $40 million Las Vegas real estate option payment. Christopher Milam, Texas businessman, has designed a 1,888 foot luxury hotel condo tower on the land of the retired Wet ‘n Wild real estate next to the Sahara casino on the Strip.

Christopher Milam, Austin, Texas real estate developer of IDM Properties, is controlling the 27 acres of land option after the $40 million payment to Archon Corp. The very tall 142 story tower still needs a Federal Aviation Administration ruling.
