Element Las Vegas hotel is a new Westin hotel brand by local real estate developer Jeff LaPour. The $19 million, 125-room, extended-stay facility will be located at the southeast corner of the Beltway and Town Center Drive.

Element hotel in Las Vegas will be one of the first in the country. Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Westin’s parent company, has been developing the product over the last two years.

Element Summerlin hotel is an upscale boutique concept that is sophisticated and modern. It is intended to compete with Marriott Residence Inn, but with a more contemporary feel.

C2 Lofts Las Vegas condos in Summerlin real estate have the first of two buildings nearly sold out. There are only eight remaining luxury Las Vegas condos for sale at C2 Lofts in phase one with expected opening early 2007.

The mid-rise condos in Summerlin Las Vegas will feature 100 luxury Red Rock condos in two five-story buildings with landscaped grounds, double-gated access and rooftop gardens. C2 Lofts for sale in Summerlin will have on-site retail outlets such as a deli and coffee shop planned.

The lofts in Summerlin real estate are priced from the upper $600,000s.
