Turnberry Associates is the real estate developer, also built Turnberry Place Las Vegas, NV and the new Fontainebleau luxury condos on the Strip. Fontainebleau will be a casino, condo and hotel project.

The Mercer Las Vegas Condos Started Construction For A 2008 Opening

ForeclosuresThe Mercer Las Vegas condos construction has begun. This is a mid rise condominium project with prices starting from $422,000 for a two bedroom home for sale.

The real estate development is located on 5 acres in southwest Las Vegas, Nevada. JDL Development from Chicago is grading the site.

Occupancy is expected for The Mercer sometime in summer 2008. The sales have been strong with approximately half of the Las Vegas homes sold.

CL3 Lofts A North Las Vegas Mixed Use Condo Development Faces Delays

Magazines.com, Inc.CL3 Lofts, a North Las Vegas mixed use project, has delayed construction. Kayne Nelson, a New Zealand real estate developer, has had difficulties from building code issues that have stalled this residential, office and warehouse space.

Expected completion was expected last month when the ground broke a year ago.

Would you believe that North Las Vegas hasn’t had code for all three, warehouse, residential and office space uses? Since ground breaking the International Building Code has also been changed.
