Summerlin Las Vegas real estate is hosting America’s Biggest Open House, showcasing 20 neighborhoods by 13 different home builders and 80 model homes, today and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Summerlin real estate developer, The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties Inc., this huge open house will give prospective home buyers an opportunity to tour a variety of model homes in a fun and festive atmosphere.

Business Bank Corporate Centre in Summerlin Las Vegas real estate is a new six-story, 150,000 sf office building that is under construction and topped off last week in the Summerlin Centre. This Summerlin commercial real estate is 70% preleased several months prior to completion. Occupancy is slated for spring 2007.
