West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards welcomed by Summerlin Centre. Both West Park real estate developments are townhome living in Summerlin Nevada real estate.

West Park Villas in Summerlin features two and three-story townhomes for sale in Summerlin that range from 1,556 to 2,048 square feet and are priced from the low $300,000s. The eight available West Park home floor plans feature Spanish or Italian-style architecture.

West Park Courtyards Summerlin features two-story designs that range from 1,706 to 2,452 square feet and are priced from the high $300,000s to the mid $400,000s. Each Summerlin new home for sale by William Lyon Homes features a private courtyard.

Both projects are geared toward homes in Summerlin buyers looking for an urban environment, according to Julie Cleaver, director of planning for The Howard Hughes Corp., Summerlin real estate developer.

“West Park is not your cookie-cutter neighborhood,” Cleaver said. “It’s a neighborhood that combines suburban amenities with urban living, giving home buyers the best of both worlds.”

The Summerlin Las Vegas townhomes are within walking distance of a new Red Rock Resort and a 1.2 million-square-foot retail center. It also features a park with a spa, wading and swimming pools, playgrounds, barbecue areas and lawns.

Vista Cielo Homes for sale by Pardee Homes planned community in North Las Vegas real estate showcases three new neighborhoods: Capistrano, Cordova and Laguna.

The Vista Cielo Las Vegas homes, priced from the $260,000s to the mid-$300,000s, are located on cul-de-sac streets.

At Cordova homes for sale in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate are available in four floor home plans, ranging from 1,521 to 2,379 square feet. The largest floor Cordove home plan has five bedrooms and three baths. Prices start from $284,450. Some Cordova homes in Las Vegas floor plans offer lofts.

The Village at Queensridge, a mixed-use Summerlin Las Vegas real estate development by Peccole Nevada Corp. at the northeast corner of Alta Drive and Rampart Boulevard, is ready for the next phase of construction.

Grading permits for the Village at Queensridge in Summerlin are expected to be pulled within the next 45 days, an executive for the project said.

Culvert work is virtually complete for the 30-acre real estate parcel that has a wash running through it, said President Frank Pankratz of Executive Home Builders.
