City Crossing Las Vegas commercial real estate ground breaking recently began for the 126 acre mixed use development worth $2 billion in Henderson, Nevada.
The plans for City Crossing will include 2,500 Las Vegas residential real estate units, two boutique hotels, 1 million square feet of restaurants and retail, and finally 1 million square feet of office space.
The M Resort Las Vegas Casino and Spa master plan has been unveiled. The proposed $1 billion Las Vegas NV hotel real estate project includes 390 suites and rooms in a 11 story resort. Update 5/21/08, M Resort shopping mall with 1 million square feet announced.
The commercial real estate project has an expected completion date of spring 2009. It is located 10 miles south on the Strip and St. Rose Parkway and encompasses 80 acres of land. Boca Raton Las Vegas condos have first residents moving into the 378 unit luxury seven story condominiums located on the Strip. This is a $400 million development. Units are priced from the $400,000s.
Las Vegas is home to several other luxury mid rise condos being built including Manhattan, Park Avenue and Loft 5. Several current in plans or construction mid rise projects include Promenada at Rainbow, Manhattan West, L5 and Stephanie Village.
Turnberry Towers Las Vegas is near construction completion for 2nd tower of its luxury condominiums. Turnberry Towers condos are located in two 45 story towers.
Turnberry Associates is the real estate developer, also built Turnberry Place Las Vegas, NV and the new Fontainebleau luxury condos on the Strip. Fontainebleau will be a casino, condo and hotel project.
