The Shops at Summerlin Centre in Las Vegas, Nevada real estate includes Dillard’s, Macy’s and Nordstrom. The real estate developer of Summerlin Las Vegas announced two new additional retail anchors for the 1.5 million square foot retail center adjacent to Red Rock Casino Las Vegas.

City Crossing Henderson mixed use real estate filed for bankruptcy protection. City Crossing is a 6 million square foot, $2 billion development at Executive Airport Drive and St. Rose Parkway.

Two weeks ago, City Crossing 1 LLC, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy to reorganize $180 million.

The construction progress includes site improvements started last year including, roads, utilities and grading worth $30 million.

HOOTERS Las Vegas strip hotel missed payment stops real estate deal. An option agreement was cancelled this week after a real estate investment group failed to make payment on the commercial real estate.

Hedwings, from Santa Monica, CA, has spent over $6 million in the past year for closing costs and and nonrefundable fees.
