Tivoli Village At QueensridgeLas Vegas commercial real estate cites bad economy to delay construction progress.  News strikes again in the city of delayed or halted developments.  The economic slowdown and rising construction costs delayed the $850 million Tivoli Village at Queensridge.

Another commercial real estate development is taking the wait and see approach to construction progress including Summerlin Centre, Manhattan West and Echelon Las Vegas.  They say continued construction will be at a slower pace.

UFC 92 THE ULTIMATE 2008 EVENT Griffin Vs Evans Weigh In Results

Ultimate Fighting Championship 92 will take place Saturday, Dec 27th Saturday night (PPV 10 pm ET / 7 PT) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

All of the UFC 92 mixed martial arts fighters made weight today at the MGM Grand in Vegas. UFC fans will experience the first time a championship fight between alumni of The Ultimate Fighter TV show against each other.  Evans won season two and Griffin was winner of season one.

Las Vegas Visitors At McCarran Airport Fell Almost 15 Percent In Nov

McCarran Airport Las VegasLas Vegas visitors at McCarran Airport fell almost 15 percent in November, 2008.  Passenger traffic was near 3.2 million departures and arrivals last month according to news.

Total amount of departures and arrivals have been 40.9 million at McCarran International Airport through Nov. 2008.  Traffic has fell 7.1 percent for the year.
