Las Vegas Visitor Totals Show Declines For Occupancy, Rates & Traffic

Las Vegas GamblingLas Vegas visitor totals show declines for occupancy, rates and traffic for March. Results released last week show the total amount of visitors to Las Vegas was 3.4 million, or a decline of one percent. With everything in Las Vegas, Nevada rising, including the once 99 cents shrimp cocktail, Las Vegas hotel owner’s lowered their nightly rates.

Hotel rooms in Las Vegas occupancy fell to 92 percent, a two percent decline. This brought the average hotel room rate to $135 per night. One influencer to the occupancy rate is the addition of 4,000 hotel rooms including Palms Place, Signature MGM Grand and Trump Tower Las Vegas NV hotel.

Guggenheim Hermitage Museum Closes Doors Today At Venetian Las Vegas

Picasso PaintingGuggenheim Hermitage Museum closes its doors today at the Venetian Las Vegas, NV hotel. Closing after seven years of showcasing world class artists from the 1870s through the 20th century’s first several decades. For almost a year an exhibition of 37 masterpieces, the Modern Master Guggenheim Collection from New York’s Guggenheim Museum, has been on exhibit.

Lingerie ModelsI approached the velvet ropes of the VIP line for the Roxanne Magazine issue release party entrance inside of the GhostBar at the Palms Las Vegas, NV hotel, I noticed the long line of beautiful people. The line consisted of a who’s who of the Las Vegas elite, including none other than Gavin Maloof, owner of the Sacramento Kings, the Palms Hotel, Playboy Tower and the newly opened Palms Place Condominium Tower.
