One Queensridge Place Las Vegas Luxury Condos Extends Loan Repayment

One Queensridge placeOne Queensridge Place Las Vegas luxury condos receives loan extension until from mortgage lenders until May 2009.  The real estate developer of One Queensridge Place near Summerlin, Nevada is IDB Development Corp.

IDB company is also developing the mixed use project, across the street from One Queensridge Place, the Tivoli Village at Queensridge.  Through Executive Home Builders they are investing $850 million dollars with cash equity in the Tivoli Village project.

Queensridge high rise started two years ago in construction.

Echelon Las Vegas $4.8 Billion Hotel On The Strip Stops Construction

Echelon Las VegasEchelon Las Vegas $4.8 Billion hotel on the Strip stops construction progress.  Today Boyd Gaming Corp. said the challenging credit markets and difficult economic conditions will delay construction until mid 2009.

Market and credit analysts were hoping the megaresorts expected to open in Las Vegas, Nevada during 2009 and hiring of employees could help raise home prices and sales of residential real estate in a year.  This resort will not help the local economy in the upcoming year.  There are only hopes the Echelon Place will continue.

Downtown Las Vegas Opens Doors To New World Market Center Building C

World Market CenterDowntown Las Vegas opens doors to new World Market Center building C.  This week, one of the three building campus, opened a $550 million building.  Despite the economic conditions across the country the 17 story building welcomed furniture suppliers and manufacturers.

The week marks the summer market a weeklong event, one of two annual, at World Market Center.  The previous furnishings event took place in January.  These events are closed to the general public.  Many retailers from across the country travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to pick products for the upcoming season.
